Merideth is a professor of negotiation at Utah State University, as well as an executive coach. An international researcher of workplace abuse, she advocates for others who have experienced abuse at work or domestic abuse at home. She feels privileged to contribute to FinAbility's mission and to invest in the wellbeing of other survivors.
